The Regina Thunder junior football club will name its new head coach this evening. If I had to bet, I'd throw my money on Assistant Coach Scott MacAuley getting the gig. He's been front and centre on the recruiting trail for the Thunder this offseason, and is considered one of the up and coming young football coaches in the province.
Whomever gets the job will succeed Erwin Klempner, who stepped down this offseason after seven years at the helm.
