1.   A preview of the annual Polar Plunge fundraiser in support of Saskatchewan Special Olympics. Guest: Faye Matt (CEO, Special O’s Saskatchewan).

2.   Several community groups have taken advantage of a City of Regina grant program to help keep Regina residents active, and safe, this winter. Guest: Bobbie Selinger (Manager Community & Recreation Programs).

3.   The pandemic has presented some definite challenges for fitness professionals, and people wanting to utilize their services. Guest: Riley Nadoroznick (Owner, Conviction Fitness).

4.   The Saskatchewan Roughriders continue to restock the cupboard by resigning veteran players, including receiver Jordan Williams-Lambert.

5.   The Regina Riot women’s football team is hoping there will be a 2021 season of some sort. Guests: Thomas Retzlaff (Offensive Coordinator) & Hope Jordens (Receiver).
