1. Team Saskatchewan captures a second straight national U18 flag football championship. Guests: Liza Donnelly (Team Sask Coach), Sophia Easton & Brooke Linner (Team Sask Players). 

2. The 2019/20 high school athletics season is up and running in Regina. Guest: Aaron Anderson (RHSAA Commissioner). 

3. A preview of the 2019 Regina Sports Hall of Fame induction ceremonies. Guests: Brad Howard (RSHF President) & James Hillis (2019 inductee). .

4. An update on the 2019 University of Regina Rams football team. Reporter: Pete Paczko. Guests: Steve Bryce (Head Coach), Jaxon Ford (DB) & Kyle Moortgat (WR).
