Locker Talk lineup for September 30

Local sports? Why yes, there is a television show in Regina devoted entirely to that good stuff. It's called Locker Talk, and it's only on Access Now. Intrigued? As well you should be! Check it out tonight at 6 pm. If you miss it, the show airs again each weeknight at the same time. Here's this week's lineup, to entice you even further:

1. University football teams have returned to the practice field, but game action is still a long way away. Guest: Mason Nyhus (Saskatchewan Huskies QB). 

2. The CEO of the Wascana Country Club is retiring at the end of the year, after a 40-year career in the golf business. Guest: Greg Duckart (Wascana Country Club CEO).

3. The Saskatchewan Hockey Association has a return to play plan in place, with minor hockey teams playing games by Christmas. Guest: Kelly McClintock (SHA General Manager).

4. An update on what is, and isn’t, happening with athletics at the University of Regina this fall. Guest: Lisa Robertson (U of R Director of Athletics).

5. The University of Regina women’s basketball team is practicing, with hopes of returning to competition soon. Guest: Dave Taylor (Cougars Head Coach).

6. The University of Regina men’s basketball team has also resumed practicing, in hopes of launching the 2020/21 season in the not-too-distant future. Guest: Steve Burrows (Cougars Head Coach).
