Venice Tailers: Completely agree if there are nicer people to deal with I'd like to know. Miguel hadn't seen me in 2 years. He remembered my name, my wife's name, and that asked how my son is doing.
CKRM: Waking up at 6:00 a.m. I am so dependant on my need to know "news, sports, weather". Especially the weather report, and throw in a good country song it gets the day off to the right start.
Zellers Victoria Square Mall Location: What I need they have at a good price.
Decor Art: Right beside Zellers in the Victorial Square Mall. I started early Christmas shopping. Excellent price for a huge NHL Team blanket.

Belgian Cleaners and Tailors. The Owner has 2 huge dogs that he lets run around with no leash. I don't know about you, but if I had drycleaning I would hope the facility would actually be well....clean. I looks like a pigsty. Added to which his one dog this morning was running around the parking lot with no Supervision. The Dog proceeds to take a crap on the sidewalk. Does anyone thing that is going to be cleaned up? Not likely.
Is Belgian Cleaners the place on McIntyre downtown? I took a leather coat there once. Big mistake.
How much are these NHL blankets of which you speak? I'm thinking the young Pens fan in my home might like one.
Yes it's on McIntyre. The place really looks ramshackle. He had the side door open where the plant is located, and that big German Shepard is rooting in and out of there. I believe the other breed of dog is a Pitbull, and that was the one that crapped on the sidewalk. In total I've seen three dogs in that little facility.
The blanket was approximately $49.00. It's only Canadian teams. I ended up getting a Calgary one. My son is a fan of that team, and Pittsburgh. They can order Pittsburgh in, but I didn't have the time or inclination to want to come back. They also have really nice big "Budda" statues. I try to talk my wife into letting me put that in the doorway, but it's a no go....so far...lol.

I know what the fellow is saying about Belgian. I work near there, and see the dogs, myself. They seem well-trained, but I wouldn't leave a dog wandering around downtown. Trained or not, it's a busy area.
Cheers to the Animal Clinic of Regina, for keeping my elderly dog healthy and safe during his teeth cleaning (and dealing with an anxious, worried owner, as well). They've got great, well-respected vets and they're a walk-in clinic, which makes getting the dogs in to see them much easier.

FCC - great place to work, probably the best place in the city.
Clark's Luggage repair - they fix anything(well a lot of things) and they do a great job and a very reasonable price.
Agree with the Italian Star deli. I like their sandwiches and enjoy Carlos positive attitude anytime I go in there.

FCC is good. How about a list for the worst places to work? I'll start it:
Warner Industries - A Toilet Bowl of epic proportions. That place is proof positive of poop floating to the top.
