This week, we  bring you our usual assortment of top notch guests from across the local sporting spectrum, but I urge you to pay particular attention to our first interview segment, as a local athlete is using his profile and his voice to help young people struggling with their mental health. It's an important discussion, and I'm very proud of Luke Hornung for stepping outside his comfort zone to ensure the message of "it's okay to not be okay" is heard, loud and clear.
